Erin Newkirk is a bold brand builder and entrepreneurial force, known for transforming big ideas into movements people can feel.

Erin began her career at Kaplan Educational Centers in an era when digital transformation was just emerging. After a semester at the Sorbonne and an MBA from the Indiana Kelley School of Business, she joined General Mills, where she built a foundation in strategy, sourcing, and insight-first marketing while stewarding iconic brands like Cheerios and Pillsbury.

Erin went on to found Red Stamp, a mobile-first lifestyle brand that reimagined digital connection and scaled to millions before being acquired. She later turned her focus to healthcare as the founding CMO of Bright Health, fueling rapid growth in a new health insurance model.

Most recently, Erin was the Chief Brand & Marketing Officer at Caribou Coffee, leading brand and experience across 850+ locations in 11 countries, Her mission was to connect every touchpoint back to the company’s purpose and passion.

Alongside her executive roles, Erin advises purpose-driven startups—including ModernWell and Omnia Fishing—and serves on the board of TurnSignl, a social justice–meets–safety tech platform.
